General conditions

After your booking has been confirmed and first down payment has been received your booking to Onan Charters is valid.

You will then receive your booking confirmation with further details per e-mail. One month before departure you will receive the Skippers mobilenumber. Your booking is valid for an individual sailingholiday or for the whole boat as desribed. Your trip to and from Zakynthos is not included and Onan Charters bears no responsibilitiy for delays etc. Meals can be prepared on board and in the gally you will find extensive equipment to do so. Food however is not included and costs are to shared mutually.

We will do everything to garantee your safety and wellbeing aboard, however participants are taking part in the sailingholiday at their own risk and should in all cases obey orders from the skipper or other personnel. Onan Charters can not beheld responsible for accidents, injuries, sickness or behavior of third parties. We dare for advice to take a travelinsurance.

Our insurance does not cover loss of your personal belongings through fire, theft, loss or simply falling overboard. Any claims will not be accepted.

Safty harnesses for children are at the responsibility of the parents (check beforehand on what is on board).

Through your reservation you confirm you read our regulations and agree to our general conditions.

You and your company accept the responsibility to behave accordingly and not to cause damage to property or trouble to other sailors and staff.

Payment should be made in two parts. A down payment of 25% after you received your booking confirmation and the remainder is to be paid 10 days before departure.
